The FairPrice Group Supply Chain Business Unit (FPG SC BU) or Grocery Logistics of Singapore Pte Ltd (GLS) is a key logistics service provider to NTUC FairPrice Group and external customers. Our services provided include inbound logistics, warehouse and fulfilment and last mile delivery to the stores, customers and B2C home delivery.

Job Purpose

1. Ensure on time arrival and departure of delivery trucks at the warehouse

2. Update the in-house systems promptly and accurately

3. Comply to all ISO & Warehouse SOPs and standards

4. Arrange and account for the Warehouse Transport Units (e.g. pallets, roll cages and etc.)

Responsibilities

1. Attain proficiency in Transport Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to update the records promptly and accurately

2. Arrange and account for the Warehouse Transport Units (e.g. pallets, roll cages and etc.)

3. Achieve the KPIs set for despatch operations. e.g. Delivery on time and Number of delivery complaints

4. Provide support to all delivery requirements from stores and warehouse operations

5. Work closely with different stakeholders e.g. transporters, warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

6. Ensure drivers load the correct pallets and roll cages for deliveries, no transport units to be missed out or left behind in the warehouse

7. Maintain Good Warehouse Housekeeping
