Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence (Ride) di AirAsia Selangor - Maukerja

• Analyze business, operational, and customer data to identify trends and actionable insights

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for bookings, revenue, campaigns, and operational performance

• Support business teams in monitoring key metrics including conversion, voucher performance, customer growth, and ride activity

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and support data-driven decision making

• Finding key insights based on trends and drivers’ and passengers’ behaviors and present it to key stakeholders

• Perform data validation and ensure reporting accuracy across multiple data sources

• Assist in campaign analysis, performance tracking, and ad-hoc business analysis

• Prepare clear presentations and summaries to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

• Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines

• 2 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related fields

• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills

• Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar visualization tools

• Python knowledge or automation experience is an added advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business understanding

• Able to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience in ecommerce, ride-hailing, or digital platforms is an added advantage
