Full Stack Developer

Salary: RM4,000 – RM10,000

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara

Work Model: Hybrid (10am-6pm) 4 days WIO 1 day WFH after probation

Role Overview

SION is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and high-quality software solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Flutter and mobile development and enjoys building end-to-end applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and backend services
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to implement new features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across platforms
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Assist in defining software requirements, timelines, and technical specifications
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them when relevant

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (a plus, not mandatory)
• Experience in Flutter and mobile app development
• Knowledge of backend development, APIs, and databases
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Good communication and time management skills

Bonus if you have:

• Experience developing full-stack applications for iOS and Android
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Firebase, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
