Summary

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for managing and monitoring warehouse inventory accuracy, updating stock transactions in the system, and supporting daily warehouse operations and audits

Key Responsibilities

• Report to Inventory Manager will review all inventory activities and issues during the morning check
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, empty audit, put-away audit and reconcile discrepancies between system and physical inventory.
• Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and stock adjustments.
• Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the Warehouse Management System (Oracle)
• Responsible for upload and manage ASN template for both inbound and outbound shipments
• Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors of shortages, overstock, or discrepancies
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports
• Support stock reconciliation during month-end, period-end or annual audits
• Label, organize, and maintain proper storage of materials to ensure traceability
• Assist in investigating inventory variances, damaged goods, or stock losses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Potential requires to work on shift were require by depending on inventory stock level

Requirements**urgent, need someone able onboard in June/July 2026**

• Open race (New headcount)
• Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse (MUST), inventory, or logistics operations.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, email); experience with WMS or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to drive Forklift, Reach Truck & Power Truck is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work in warehouse environment and perform physical stock checks when required.
• (MUST)Able to accept flexible shift working hours

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
