We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide daily administrative and executive support to our management team. If you excel at managing schedules, handling communications, and keeping things running smoothly, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for emails, phone calls, and visitors.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and company documents.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
  • Assist in planning corporate meetings and company events.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and personal errands for directors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential info.
