Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibility

  • Process Account Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), petty cash and bank reconciliations
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company software systems
  • Ensure all physical & digital filing is organized, updated, and easily accessible
  • Prepare invoices, eInvoice, receipts, and payment vouchers
  • Manage filing and documentation of financial records

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of accounting and Microsoft Excel
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience in AutoCount/SQL Accounting is an advantage
  • Experience in ABSS is highly preferred

Training/assistance provided

Salary stated is the minimum amount offered. Salary can be negotiated/discussed further.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
