Legal Office Administrator manages the administrative and operational functions of a legal department, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and managing calendars for attorneys and staff totally.
- Document Management: Draft, review, proofread, and file legal documents, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards totally.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, process invoices, track expenses, and identify cost-saving measures.
- Client and Team Coordination: Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and external parties, maintaining effective communication and confidentiality
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement internal procedures, streamline workflows, and adopt technological solutions to enhance office efficiency
- Project Management: Coordinate legal projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Responsibilities: Maintain digital records, manage legal software and document management systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, Business Administration, or a related field; certification in legal administration is a plus.
- Experience: Typically, 3+ years in legal administration or a related role, with familiarity in legal terminology, processes, and documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, electronic filing systems, and document management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
