Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibilities:

  • 5 days work
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Provide administrative support to HR department.
  • Provide administrative support to account and purchasing departments when required.
  • Coordinate administrative matters across departments and communicate relevant information
  • Maintain proper documentation control and data accuracy.
  • Perform other administrative support duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
  • Prior administrative experience is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
