Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, commercially driven Senior Executive to work directly with the manager in driving fundraising, sponsorship acquisition, and revenue-generating initiatives.

This role is suited for someone with a strong business development mindset, capable of opening doors, closing deals, and translating ideas into impactful, revenue-generating programs.

You will play a key role in positioning the foundation as a preferred partner for corporates, brands, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Sponsorship

• Identify, approach, and secure corporate sponsors, donors, and strategic partners
• Develop and execute structured fundraising campaigns with clear revenue targets
• Prepare high-quality proposal decks, sponsorship packages, and pitch presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, government bodies, and NGOs
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned fundraising targets

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

• Source and develop strategic collaborations with brands, agencies, and institutions
• Identify new income streams (campaigns, products, events, CSR collaborations)
• Work closely with the manager on partnership strategy, negotiation, and deal structuring
• Drive initiatives from concept to monetisation

Event Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of fundraising events (e.g. charity runs, pickleball tournaments, CSR activations)
• Manage end-to-end execution including Sponsorship acquisition, Vendor and stakeholder management, and Budgeting and financial control
• Timeline and delivery
• Ensure events are financially viable and meet fundraising objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3–6 years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Fundraising, Sales, or Event Management
• Proven track record in Securing sponsorships or partnerships and achieving revenue or fundraising targets (highly preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
