Drivers are responsible for transporting employer or handling deliveries in a timely manner, and they may have to work nights and weekends to accomplish their duties

General /Role Overview:

• Time management and organizational skills to always be on time and on schedule.
• Make sure the vehicle is always refueled and ready for use.
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
• Keep mileage records and repair records up to date (logbook).
• Ensure the car is always clean by washing / cleaning / vacuuming interior and exterior of the car.
• Safely keep receipts for toll, petrol, parking, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer's car and travel.
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
• Carry out other admin assignments (mailing, groceries, bill payment, banking of cheques, etc.) and ad-hoc tasks as instructed.
• To remain vigilant of the car maintenance schedules and reminders

Requirements:

• Preferred height range: 175–180 cm and candidates should have a healthy BMI.
