• Ensures all vendor/supplier invoices and expenses are verified, accurately recorded, and paid on time to maintain healthy cash flow and supplier relationships.
• Match vendor invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN) to ensure accuracy.
• Code and enter supplier invoices accurately into the accounting system
• Schedule and execute timely vendor payments.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements with internal ledger records to identify missing invoices or outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized, auditable files for all payment vouchers, receipts, and correspondence.
• Prepare accounts payable accrual reports to ensure expenses are recorded in the correct accounting period.
• Perform other job-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager or Head of Finance

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
