Team Leader – Customer Service Operations

Location: TM Annexe 1, Bangsar
Basic Salary: RM2,500 + RM350 Performance Incentive Allowance (PFP)
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)
Work Schedule: 5 Working days per week (Rotational shifts with 2 off days)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee a team of Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) in a dynamic contact centre environment.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for people development, and the ability to drive service excellence while ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent people-management role.

Experience in a Customer Service, Contact Centre or Call Centre environment is preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours

5 Working Days per Week (Rotational Schedule)

Shift:

  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

What We Offer

Basic Salary: RM2,500
