Full Time Insurance Policy Onboarding, Senior Executive (New Business Administration) Jobs, in Hyppies Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our New Business Administration team, supporting the end-to-end onboarding of insurance policies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring new insurance applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

• Process new insurance applications in accordance with SOPs, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Review and validate application details, ensuring completeness prior to policy issuance
• Liaise with internal teams, underwriters, agents, and business partners to resolve outstanding requirements
• Support policy issuance activities including data validation, documentation checks, and system updates
• Handle NTU (Not Taken Up), incomplete cases, and follow-up on pending requirements
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of policy data prior to release
• Support payment-related processing, refunds, and administrative follow-ups where required
• Participate in system testing (UAT) and process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in insurance operations, New Business, underwriting support, or policy administration
• Strong understanding of insurance application processing or policy lifecycle is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and documentation
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• Experience in UAT or system testing will be an added advantage
