Basic Requirements:
5 Yrs of experience in IT Recruitment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms/job portals.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
