Key Responsibilities
1. Product Backlog Management
- Own and maintain the B2B product backlog in Jira
- Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment
- Write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Ensure backlog is groomed and sprint-ready at least 2 sprints ahead
- Balance new features, technical debt, and bug fixes in backlog
2. Sprint Planning & Development Handoff
- Participate in sprint planning with Engineering Manager
- Provide clear requirements and answer development team questions
- Coordinate with Manager, Product Design for design specifications
- Review delivered features and accept/reject based on acceptance criteria
- Manage scope changes during sprints
3. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Product Consultants to gather customers requirements
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
- Communicate product roadmap and release plans to stakeholders
- Support Sales and Customer Success with product information
- Participate in Product & Technology (P&T) Committee
4. Release & Documentation
- Coordinate release planning and communication
- Maintain product documentation in Confluence
- Create release notes and feature announcements
- Support UAT coordination with Product Consultants (I-03 interface support)
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
- Proven success in delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations
- Strong track record of delivering products using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational excellence and client advocacy
- Expert proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint planning
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts
- Experience in SaaS Talent/HR technology preferred; B2G experience is an added advantage
