We are a growing construction and property development company seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress reports, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate project implementation.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
• Assist project management in achieving project objectives within budget and timeline.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant site construction experience.
• Experience in building construction, infrastructure, or property development projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
