Overview of the Position:
This role is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales counter and providing friendly and efficient service to Independent Business Owners (IBOs). You will assist with sales transactions, member registrations, product enquiries, and promotional activities while ensuring a positive customer experience.
You will work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and provide timely support to IBOs. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has good communication skills, and can work well in a fast-paced environment.
The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:
Sales Counter & Customer Service:
- Be the main person IBOs approach at the sales counter and provide friendly, professional service.
- Handle sales transactions, registrations, renewals, and other related processes accurately and quickly.
- Help IBOs with questions about products, promotions, membership, and company programs.
- Share correct and up-to-date information about campaigns, offers, and incentives.
- Support daily sales counter work and ensure all transactions and documents are done properly.
- Handle feedback and issues from IBOs in a professional way and escalate when needed.
- Build good relationships with IBOs by providing helpful and responsive support.
- Work with other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support company events, roadshows, and product launches when required.
- Help with general admin and operational tasks to keep the sales counter running smoothly.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management when needed.
Store Room Operations:
- Support store room operations when additional manpower is needed.
- Assist in receiving and unloading stock deliveries when shipments arrive.
- Help check incoming stock and store items in the correct locations.
- Support picking and packing of orders to meet daily operational needs.
- Help arrange and organize stock in the store room for easy access.
- Assist in stock replenishment when required.
- Support basic stock counting and inventory checking activities.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order in the store room.
To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, retail, or sales counter operations is an advantage.
- Comfortable handling sales transactions and dealing with customers face-to-face.
- Basic knowledge of sales systems or POS systems is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willing to work extended hours when needed.
- Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
- Working days : Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
