Overview of the Position :

This role supports the daily operations of the store room and sales counter while providing good service to Independent Business Owners (IBOs). Responsibilities include receiving and organizing stock, replenishing inventory, maintaining stock accuracy, and assisting with sales transactions. The role also involves supporting customers at the sales counter and ensuring products are readily available to meet business needs.

The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative:

Store Room Operations:

  • Receive stock deliveries, unload and check incoming goods, and arrange them neatly in the store room for easy access and efficient use of space.
  • Follow stock rotation practices to ensure older stock is used first and products do not expire.
  • Replenish stock as needed to support daily business operations.
  • Carry out regular stock counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately, and assist in preparing stock orders based on inventory levels and business needs.
  • Keep the stock room clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Sales Counter & Customer Service:

  • Work closely with team members to provide good service and a positive experience for IBOs at the sales counter.
  • Assist IBOs with sales transactions and registration processes when needed.
  • Share product information and current promotions with IBOs.
  • Support company events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time.

To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in handling stock and inventory is an advantage.
  • Able to carry, load, and unload goods when required.
  • Familiar with stock replenishment and inventory control processes.
  • Experience in store room operations and stock organization is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock tracking.
  • Experience in picking and packing orders is an added advantage.
  • Able to work extended hours when necessary.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
  • Working days : Monday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
