Position Summary:
A barista prepares high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, while creating a welcoming environment for customers. They ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Take customer orders, handle payments, and provide friendly service
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock supplies such as cups, milk, syrups, and coffee beans
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Educate customers on menu items and make recommendations
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• Attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation
• Teamwork and reliability
• Previous experience in food service or coffee preparation (preferred but not always required)

Working Conditions:

• Standing for long periods
• Weekends, and holidays is required
• Fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
