JOB DESCRIPTION :

1) able to handle full set of accounts.

2) prepare the audit schedule, breakdowns and details for auditor and tax agent easy reference.

3) ensure prompt and timely closing and submission of accounts.

4) responsible and liaise with secretary all the submission within the due date line etc.

5) accounts receivable function - ensure all receivables function are monitored to ensure prompt collection of invoices. This includes verification of invoices and issuance of official receipt issued against debtors' collection. Periodically, to ensure debtor's aging and bank reconciliation are completed to support financial closing process.

6) accounts payable function - ensure all payables function are planned and executed within stipulated deadlines. This includes verification of suppliers' invoices; expenses claim and intercompany payment for e-payments processing. Periodically, to ensure the bank reconciliation, creditor reconciliation and aging are completed to support financial closing process.

7) preparing various report: budgets, records, statement, and other reporting

8) summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing profit and loss, balance sheet, and other reports.

9) prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation and investigate discrepancies and reports findings.

10) review, plan, and improve the accounting procedures and control for updates and improvements.

11) liaise closely with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties

12)handle queries through phone or email coming from vendor and stakeholder concerning vendor payments, follow ups and other payables concern.

REQUIREMENTS :

* Minimum 1-2 years of handling full sets of accounts

* Proficient with accounting system

* Detailed-oriented, independent, a good team player, and has strong communication skills

* Experienced in full set of accounts, journal entries and postings, bookkeeping, analysis, taxation, audit, payments, cash flow, bank reconciliation, internal controls, and other related tasks

* Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles

* Industry knowledge of F&B/event management will be a plus point

* Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
