Graduate Project Engineer (Operations)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Graduate Engineer to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager in coordinating and monitoring projects across multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency, budget control, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects across all branches.

* Track project progress and ensure operational activities are executed according to schedule.

* Coordinate closely with branch personnel to obtain updates and monitor job status.

* Ensure operational budgets are monitored and maintained within approved limits.

* Follow up with branches and site offices to ensure all required project documentation is submitted accurately and within deadlines.

* Maintain project trackers, reports, mobilization records, and operational databases.

* Prepare operational reports and updates for management review.

* Identify potential delays, operational issues, or documentation gaps and follow through until resolution.

* Take initiative to understand project requirements and operational processes.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations function.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (any discipline).

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or work-related activities.

* Good organizational and coordination abilities.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
