Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Basic knowledge of construction processes, drawings and materials
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and ensure work is carried out according to plan
• Monitor project progress and report to project manager
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
• Ensure projects are completed within timeline
• Solve on site issues and handle unexpected problems
