Job Description:
- Plumbing: Fixing leaking taps, unclogging sinks and drains, and replacing faulty bathroom fixtures.
- Electrical: Performing minor repairs such as replacing light bulbs, fuses, and sockets, and installing light fixtures or smoke alarms.
- Painting & Patching: Touch-up painting, repainting walls, and patching drywall or plaster holes.
- General Maintenance: Cleaning gutters, pressure washing exterior areas, hanging curtains or pictures, and basic landscaping.
- Inspections: Routinely checking facility conditions to identify issues before they require major renovations.
Requirement:
- Able to work on shift, weekend and Public Holiday.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with a working knowledge of tools and equipment.
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, and manual labor.
- Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- George Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
