Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality Manager in enforcing and maintaining both the TS16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Handle customer complaints and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Localize, revise, translate, issue, maintain, optimize, and supervise the implementation of quality system documents.
- Assist the Quality Manager in leading quality system audits, including certification, re-certification, surveillance audit, external audits, and internal audits.
- Support the achievement and continuous improvement of quality objectives and targets at the Malaysian plant.
- Perform tasks according to the Malaysian plant's daily operational system requirement.
- Execute temporary tasks and assignments delegated by the Malaysian plant Quality Manager and Senior Quality personnel.
- Report directly to the Malaysian plant Quality Manager.
Quality Assurance Tasks
- Handle customer complaints and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Perform 8D Problem Solving methodologies, including:
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
- Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa)
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- 5 Why Analysis
- Other problem-solving techniques as needed.
- Review and maintain QA documents:
- Process Flow Charts
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
- Control Plans
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work Instructions
- Visual Aids
- Evaluate Supplier CAR/8D report submission
- Closure of Supplier CAR/8D
- Ensure Supplier action plans are implemented and standardized
- Supplier Audit
Quality Management System (QMS)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
