Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager in enforcing and maintaining both the TS16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Handle customer complaints and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Localize, revise, translate, issue, maintain, optimize, and supervise the implementation of quality system documents.
• Assist the Quality Manager in leading quality system audits, including certification, re-certification, surveillance audit, external audits, and internal audits.
• Support the achievement and continuous improvement of quality objectives and targets at the Malaysian plant.
• Perform tasks according to the Malaysian plant's daily operational system requirement.
• Execute temporary tasks and assignments delegated by the Malaysian plant Quality Manager and Senior Quality personnel.
• Report directly to the Malaysian plant Quality Manager.

Quality Assurance Tasks

• Handle customer complaints and manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes.
• Perform 8D Problem Solving methodologies, including:

- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)

- Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa)

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- 5 Why Analysis

- Other problem-solving techniques as needed.

• Review and maintain QA documents:

- Process Flow Charts

- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

- Control Plans

- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Work Instructions

- Visual Aids

• Supplier Management

- Evaluate Supplier CAR/8D report submission

- Closure of Supplier CAR/8D

- Ensure Supplier action plans are implemented and standardized

- Supplier Audit

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Enforcing and maintaining both the TS16949 & ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Leading quality system audits, including certification, re-certification, surveillance audit, external audits, and internal audits.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
