Job description:

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team.
• Monitor site manpower, materials, machinery, and work performance.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are implemented.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
• Attend site meetings, technical meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Resolve technical and construction issues at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinate inspection and testing activities with consultants and authorities.
• Monitor structural, architectural, and M&E works for high-rise projects.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and material control.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for site activities.
• Verify work completed by subcontractors for progress claims.
• Liaise with local authorities and utility providers when required.
