JOB VACANCY | JUNIOR HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT) - Cheras Jaya, Selangor
We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior HR & Admin Executive on a 5-month contract basis.
Contract Period: August 2026 – December 2026
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR functions, including payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, and HR administration
- Perform monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB)
- Liaise with government agencies on HR-related and statutory compliance matters
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, medical, training, and personal data)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary records, and termination letters
- Support HR reporting and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in employee engagement activities, HR events, training programs, performance management, salary review, and bonus exercises
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR guidance
- Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, calls, and confidential HR documents
- Any other duties assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Strong knowledge of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Word
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under tight deadlines
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team
- Dedicated, efficient, responsible, and trustworthy
- Immediate or short notice availability will be an added advantage
