Our client is looking for a motivated, energetic and career-driven individual to join our team under the PROTÉGÉ Programme as a Marketing & Admin Assistant.

This opportunity is specially designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain real industry exposure and hands-on experience in:

  • Marketing
  • Business Development
  • Tender & Proposal Preparation
  • Corporate Administration
  • Client Coordination & Documentation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Business Development Support

  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, company profiles and tender documents.
  • Support business development activities including client follow-ups and vendor registration.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations and reports.
  • Conduct research on potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and site visits with clients.
  • Assist in maintaining customer and project databases.

Administrative Support

  • Manage filing, documentation and data entry tasks.
  • Assist in preparing official letters, emails and internal reports.
  • Coordinate with operations, HR and finance departments when required.
  • Monitor deadlines for submissions, tenders and documentation.
  • Handle general office administrative duties and support daily operations.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Open exclusively to fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong interest in marketing, business development and administration.

Working Hours: 8:00AM - 5:30PM (5 days per week)

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
