The Marketing / Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering marketing and sales training through online and offline classes. This role also involves conducting live sessions on social media to educate audiences and attract participants to seminars, workshops, and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live teaching and educational sessions on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Zoom, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver marketing and sales training materials in an engaging and practical way.
- Attract, engage, and convert audiences into seminar, workshop, and class participants.
- Handle and manage online and offline training classes, including presentations and Q&A sessions.
- Build strong interaction and engagement with audiences during live sessions and classes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotion and participant acquisition strategies.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to participants.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing and sales trends to improve training content.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in marketing, sales, or training is an advantage.
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable with public speaking.
- Experienced in hosting live sessions on social media.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to handle both online and offline classes.
- Target-driven and comfortable working with KPIs (participants, conversions, attendance).
