Summary

We seek a proactive Operations Executive to manage orders, inventory, vendors, and procurement, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and teamwork within company.

Key Responsibilities

• Order fulfilment – Handle customer orders from start to finish, making sure they are processed, tracked, dispatched on time, and delivered smoothly while fixing any issues quickly.
• Inventory control – Keep track of stock levels, update systems, run audits, and report any problems to maintain accuracy.
• Vendor coordination – Communicate with suppliers about orders and deliveries, prepare purchase orders, and support procurement planning.
• Supplier records – Maintain accurate supplier records, follow up on pending items, and ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Compliance adherence – Carry out tasks according to company policies and regulations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Documentation accuracy – Keep clear and precise records for audits and compliance checks.
• Team collaboration – Work closely with Sales, Service, and Finance teams to keep workflows smooth and coordinated.
• Meeting participation – Attend meetings, share updates, and contribute ideas to improve operations.
• Positive culture – Promote a professional and supportive team environment.
• Continuous improvement – Support initiatives that make processes more efficient and improve overall performance.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training and coaching will be provided).
• 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or procurement is preferable.
• Familiarity with inventory or order tracking systems is a plus.
• Basic understanding of procurement and compliance practices.
• Effective communication across internal teams and external vendors.
• Willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
