Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel bookings and related logistics.
  • Source, procure, and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain an efficient office filing system.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, records, and administrative documents accurately and confidentially.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes when required.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and office operations.
  • Perform any other duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Communication or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
