This position is responsible to ensure the smooth operation of the retail pharmacy outlet, providing exceptional service to our valued customers, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Answer customer questions and give basic advice on over-the-counter and healthcare products.
- Know the products sold in the outlet and keep updated on new items and promotions.
- Check stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper product display and pricing.
- Monitor and remove expired or damaged products.
- Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
- Keep the outlet clean, tidy, and attractive.
- Assist in stock takes and store events when required.
- Work well with team members and help when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail or pharmacy is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Self-motivated and interested in retail work.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
