SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive sales while representing the brand positively for repeat business. Assist customers with product selection and information while fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

Job Description:

• Sales & Customer Service: Achieve sales targets, execute strategies, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the brand’s image.

Key Requirements:

• Ideal to have at least 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong sales ability, exceptional customer service, and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.
• Knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and the ability to uphold the brand’s image.
