Job Responsibilities

• Handling and prepare purchase requisition purchase order issues.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, confirm orders, and manage delivery schedules.
• Ensure cost-effectiveness when sourcing and negotiating with suppliers without compromising quality or delivery speed.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Compare quotations and perform basic cost analysis.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and follow up on outstanding orders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation according to company SOP & WI.
• Support documentation requirements for audits and compliance checks.
• Handling or assist. job task in Supplier Coordination, price quotation management, material delivery monitoring, Inventory & Stock monitoring, vendor documentation, invoice & payment coordination and reporting & documentation

Job & Qualification Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with working experience in Purchasing/Procurement (manufacturing background preferred).
• Negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic SAP/ERP knowledge.
• Basic English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
