About the role

Join our dynamic team at Sunrise Binari Group as a full-time Contract role. In this role, you will be responsible administration of construction contracts, ensuring seamless project delivery in our Seri Manjung, Perak location.

Job responsibilities:

  • To assist in the registration of sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers in accordance with their discipline upon receiving their company profile.
  • To assist source of new contractors for competitive tender.
  • To assist in the preparation of documents for submission of quotations / tenders by sub-contractors based on approved construction drawings and specifications.
  • To assist in the clarification sessions with sub-contractors for quotations / tenders receive.
  • To assist in the appointment of sub-contractors (LOA).
  • To assist in the preparation of interim payment certificate and verifications of claims submitted by subcontractors / Vendors.
  • To assist on Joint & final measurement work
  • To carry out quantity take activities. Etc.

Job requirements:

  • Team worker with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Mathematical skills
  • At least a diploma in Quantity Surveying/degree in quantity surveying/civil engineering/building services
