JOB PURPOSE

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for MC and AG solutions to enhance technical competency
• Improve customer adoption and support business growth through effective education and enablement

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for MC and AG solutions, including system setup, calibration, and workflows
• Conduct training for internal teams, dealers, and customers to enhance product knowledge and operational competency
• Prepare and maintain training materials, including SOPs, manuals.
• Support product demonstrations and standardize demo execution.
• Collaborate with regional teams to drive continuous improvement and build a centralized knowledge base

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering or related Field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, machine control, surveying, or related industry
• Proven experience in road construction projects (e.g., earthworks, grading, paving)
• Experience in training, technical support, or field operations is an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Good understanding of road construction processes (earthworks, grading, paving)
• Ability to deliver technical training and presentations effectively to different audiences
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field environments
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Proficient in training material development (SOPs, manuals, presentations)
• Self-motivated, structured, and able to work independently in a regional role

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
