Sales Executive
Location: Pasir Mas, Kelantan

Job Scope & Responsibilities1. Sales Performance & Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the printing, corporate merchandise, and promotional products industry.
- Expand and maintain a strong customer base, including SMEs, government agencies, private corporations, educational institutions, and other organizations.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely support, regular follow-ups, and effective after-sales assistance.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Consultative Selling
- Provide professional advice and tailored solutions based on customers’ printing and branding requirements.
- Promote the company’s products and services, including printing solutions, promotional materials, corporate gifts, banners, signage, and customized merchandise.
- Conduct product presentations, proposals, and business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Market Analysis & Sales Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and lead generation activities.
5. Quotation Preparation & Sales Proposal Management
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
- Manage pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract agreements professionally.
- Close sales effectively while maintaining profitability and company margins.
6. Team Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with the design, production, and customer service teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to customer specifications.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly across departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide constructive feedback, recommendations, and improvement ideas to management.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience.
- Experience in the printing, advertising, branding, signage, or promotional products industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge & SkillsKnowledge
- Strong understanding of printing technologies and production processes, including digital printing, offset printing, inkjet printing, and screen printing.
- Familiarity with current market trends and developments in the printing, branding, and corporate merchandise industries.
