Responsibilities:

  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to identify and engage key talent across all levels.
  • Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout the interview process.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, initiating new projects, and optimizing current processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to enhance the overall recruiting process and efficiency.
