- Support automation and dashboard initiatives to streamline reporting processes.
- Shadow senior CSMs during client reviews and presentations for hands-on learning.
- Participate in internal process improvement and product enhancement discussions.
- Develop account management, communication, and analytical skills through on-the-job learning.
