Job Description
Warehouse Operations
- Supervise and assist in loading and unloading of furniture items safely
- Ensure proper handling, stacking, and storage to prevent damage
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy
- Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation
Inventory & Documentation
- Verify incoming and outgoing goods against invoices and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or system-based)
- Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies promptly
Logistics & Delivery Coordination
- Arrange and coordinate lorry bookings for deliveries
- Plan and manage delivery schedules, routes, and timelines
- Supervise loading into lorries, ensuring proper packing and securing
- Track deliveries and follow up until successful completion
- Coordinate closely with sales, transport, and purchasing teams
Team Leadership & Problem Solving
- Lead and guide warehouse assistants and loaders
- Train new staff on handling procedures and safety practices
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, delays, and operational challenges
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided)
- Strong passion for stock management, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination
- Previous experience in warehouse operations (furniture or heavy goods preferred)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
- Able to handle loading/unloading tasks
- Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Excel / stock tracking) is an advantage
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, or stock tracking software is an advantage)
- Able to work 6 working days per week

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
