We’re a fast-growing corporate training provider looking for a motivated, independent, and HRD Corp-savvy Customer Service Executive to join our team!
If you’re confident in client communication, experienced with HRD Corp claims, and comfortable using Microsoft Excel, this could be the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Attend to client inquiries received via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to promote training programs to corporate clients.
- Manage course registrations from inquiry to confirmation.
- Prepare quotations and issue invoices accurately and on time.
- Communicate and follow up with clients through multiple channels.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track data, update reports, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate logistics with hotels, vendors, and transport providers to ensure smooth program execution.
- Guide client to submit e-tris grant application.
Requirements
- Experience with HRD Corp claims is a BONUS
- Expert in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills and able to work independently
- Own vehicle and valid driving license
- Own laptop for work use

RM2,000 – RM2,500 + Commission + Allowances
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
