As Senior Solutions Architect, you will operate at the intersection of business strategy and technology innovation, helping shape the architecture that powers DHL Supply Chain's operations across APAC. You will work with senior leaders across the region and globally, driving transformation, standardisation, and long-term technology direction.

What You Will Do

Define and Drive the Regional Enterprise Architecture Strategy

• Lead the definition and execution of the APAC Enterprise Architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with DHL's global technology vision.
• Represent APAC within the Global EA Community and contribute to worldwide architecture standards, principles, and governance models.
• Drive the integration of business, information, application, and technology initiatives across the region.

Act as a Key Design Authority Across APAC

• Influence regional technology decisions to ensure solutions are scalable, integrated, secure, and fit for future growth.
• Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, and best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on legacy technology evolution, application rationalisation, and emerging technology selection.

Build and Own the Transformation Roadmap

• Manage the regional technology lifecycle and translate strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap.
• Drive the development of architecture blueprints, templates, and reusable patterns that support consistency and scalability across the region.

Standardise and Simplify Architecture at Scale

• Maintain a holistic view across business, information, application, technology, infrastructure, and security architecture domains.
• Develop and govern architecture principles, models, standards, and reusable components that support operational excellence and innovation.

Partner with Leaders Across the Business

• Act as a trusted advisor to regional and domain leadership teams on enterprise architecture matters.
• Build strong partnerships across business and technology functions to enable successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and achieve long-term business outcomes.

What You Will Bring - Experience & Expertise

10–15 years of IT experience

Progressive experience spanning application design, solution architecture, systems integration, and technology lifecycle management.

Supply Chain Technology Expertise

5+ years designing and implementing supply chain technology solutions within large, complex, and global environments.

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

Strong expertise across Enterprise Architecture disciplines, frameworks, and methodologies, including TOGAF and LeanIX.

Global Collaboration

Proven experience partnering with global and regional teams to define strategy, influence decision-making, and drive technology transformation.

Senior Stakeholder Management

Demonstrated success operating in senior roles that bridge business and technology domains, with strong influencing and consulting capabilities.

Agile & Waterfall Delivery Experience

Experience leading and supporting complex technology initiatives using both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies.
