Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Service Executive role based in Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur City.

• The Corporate Service Executive will oversee and manage client portfolios, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
• Provide clerical support to HK head office for preparing the statutory documents including but not limited to company formation, company renewal and change of company’s structure.
• Assist with the preparation of minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain and update statutory records.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for all company secretarial related matters.
• Handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent with min 1 year of experience
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A detail-oriented person and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
