Intern Business Development

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern – Business Development to join our staffing and recruitment team. The intern will support business development activities, client engagement, market research, and recruitment coordination. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the staffing industry and an opportunity to develop communication, sales, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct market research on industries, companies, and hiring trends in Malaysia.
• Support in generating leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and other business platforms.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand client hiring requirements.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Maintain and update client databases and CRM records.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and business calls with clients.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks related to staffing services.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in sales, recruitment, and business development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an added advantage.
