Job Description

• Handle customer feedback on quality issues and respond to customer requirements in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution
• Lead internal cross-functional teams to analyze quality issues using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, etc. to identify root causes
• Collect, organize, and analyze customer quality data to identify trends and potential risks
• Prepare periodic customer quality reports and performance summaries
• Establish and maintain customer quality records/files, including special customer requirements, historical issues, and resolution records
• Follow up on continuous quality improvement actions and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Coordinate between internal departments and customers to ensure alignment on quality standards and requirements, and improve overall quality awareness

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Customer Quality and/or Product Quality Management
• Experience in quality control systems (inspection, audits, CAPA management)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D)
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environment (battery, electronics, or related industries preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing interactions
• Able to work on-site in Banting and manage multiple priorities
• Familiar with quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, PPAP, FMEA (advantage)
