Job Responsibilities
Develop new overseas customers and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers including distributors, project owners and other clients
Conduct regular customer visits, and collaborate with customers to plan business development directions
Leverage product knowledge to coordinate technical docking related to customer projects, and provide customized solutions
Follow up on trends of the local PV (photovoltaic) market, collect customer demands and explore new business development opportunities
Represent the company to participate in overseas industry exhibitions, promote the company brand and connect with potential partners
Cooperate with the team to optimize the sales process and improve sales efficiency
Implement channel cooperation rules, mediate channel conflicts and ensure the enforcement of rules
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree, majors in electrical engineering-related engineering fields are preferred
Minimum 3 years of working experience in solar product sales in the PV industry
Capable of business development, with strong negotiation and communication skills, and ability to adapt to market changes
English proficiency meets the requirements of daily work communication
Has sales experience in international markets, and can adapt to multicultural working environments
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
Good team player, proactive in work, and results-oriented
