Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective corporate clients and professionals to introduce and promote the company’s training programs and solutions.
  • Identify clients’ organizational objectives and skill development requirements, then recommend the most appropriate training offerings.
  • Follow up and manage qualified prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems to drive conversions.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with HR teams, business decision-makers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to overall team objectives.
  • Work closely with management, benefiting from ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telesales, business development, inside sales, recruitment, education sales, or corporate training sales is an advantage.
  • Candidates from the education, training, enrichment, or service industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients through phone and digital communication channels.
  • Demonstrates accountability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
