Job Summary
The Business Process Analyst analyzes, designs, and improves business processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and performance. The role works with Management to streamline workflows, develop SOPs and KPIs, and support business transformation. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn business needs into efficient, measurable processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Process Mapping & SOP Development

• Document and improve workflows across departments
• Develop SOPs and process documentation
• Create process maps and identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks

2. Business System Design

• Design scalable and efficient operational frameworks
• Standardize workflows across departments
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives

3. KPI & Dashboard Development

• Design KPIs aligned with business objectives
• Develop dashboards and reporting structures
• Provide insights to support data-driven decision making

4. Journey Architecture

• Map customer, agent, and management journeys
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities across processes
• Support continuous improvement across all touchpoints

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Experience in process improvement or operations.
- SOP and workflow documentation experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
