Currently, we are open for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and related services to individual and corporate clients.
- Provide consultation and travel advice to clients, including itinerary planning, destinations, and packages.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and revenue.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, online campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and travel fairs to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and marketing targets set by the company.
Qualifications/ Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- Good knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel arrangements is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel locally or abroad if required.
