Kerja Sepenuh Masa Engineering Assistant (QA, NPI), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,500 di Allied Precision Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

Work closely with Manufacturing to develop product QA plans during NPI phase.

As FAI main communication window with internal team, prepare progress update report and lead technical discussion.

Develop, analyze, and record permanent solution for any problem encountered during or product or project implementation.

Enable to drive and support project team to ensure timely implementation of First Article project prior to mass production run.

Review DFM, PFMEA, process capability study, stack up tolerance study for product design and requirement.

Generate Control Plans (CP) and conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)

Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) for customer approval

Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECN) after sample preparation.

Job Requirement :

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Experience in handling of First Article, DFM, FMEA, Failure Analysis in product and troubleshooting in process improvement

Strong knowledge in GD&T, Drawing interpretation .

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
