Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Provide professional consultation and guidance to customers.
• Prospect and manage leads through both online and offline marketing.
• Prepare and manage documents related to property transactions.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Own transportation and a smartphone
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow fast
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
